Hailing from Battambang in Cambodia, a province which shares border with Thailand, the couple puts an emphasis on harmony, simplicity, and freshness in the dishes that this region have to offer.
Influences from both countries create harmonious arrangements of contrasting flavours, understated use of spices and thoughtful presentations.
